Vintage Rare Patek's Accordion w/ Case Old Antique Wooden Mother of Pearl

Up For Action is this Rare Vintage Patek's Accordion Squeeze box. Please see photos as to condition and ask questions because I know nothing about these. This instrument has no chips or cracks in the mother of pearl, or any other damage. It is 12 3/4" long closed 9" wide with 24 buttons on each end. I do not know how to play this, but it seems to be in good working condition. All buttons work and has good air pressure. The lever to lock this closed is missing, that is all I see wrong with it. It has the original box. Please be sure to ask any questions of any concerns you have. I am not sure of the year this was made I think it was in the1930's
