Vintage - Baby Layette White Knit Hooded Sweater and Thumbless Mittens

This listing is for a lovely 2 piece white layette set - hooded sweater and thumbless mittens attached to each other with a string.  There are no tags.  I think this is a nice soft acrylic yarn.
The sweater fastens with buttons down the front. It has a drawstring around the neck, but this won't have any effect on tightening the hood. It measures 11" across or 22" around at the underarms, and approximately 9" from the shoulder to the hem.
No holes or damage that I can see.  There are a couple orange spots on one mitten as shown in photo 7.
