    All thermal images you see here were taken using this exact thermal imager.  Technique tip.  If you're taking thermal images of animals such as horses or dogs, it's best to use the thermal imager in a dark barn or a dark room.  That way you don't have interference from other heat sources.  The purpose of the thermal imaging camera is to record heat, not light.
    I know most people use infrared thermal imagers for building diagnostics, such as determining where heat is escaping around windows, and hot water pipe leaks or drains (see hot water pipe and drain picture).  Veterinarians and other animal health care providers use thermal imagers to detect joint and muscle inflammation in horses and dogs.  That is why I'm including, at no extra charger, my complete horse and dog chiropractic technique videos on a flash drive (
