The Vandoren Optimum series ligature is one of the most popular ligatures on the market today. It features three swappable pressure plates, each with different contact points for the reed, that can be changed out to subtly change your sound. The LC08P for tenor sax is a gold plated model, with matching plastic cap, and fits many hard rubber tenor sax mouthpieces, including Vandoren and Selmer. It will not fit some of the larger body hard rubber pieces, like an Otto Link, and will not fit real slim pieces like a Berg Larsen.
