We were told that the camera's detector needs its coolant recharged, which is confirmed by the self-test. We're unable to test this beyond powering it up as shown; please assume that this needs maintenance or repair prior to use.
We're a surplus store, and we aren't experts with most of this stuff.  So, we don't make any guarantees beyond what's stated in the listing & pictures.
