    I tested these as follows:
    Using my HP RF Signal generator, I input 1000MHz at 100mV RF input and used my Fluke 87V to measure the output.
    The 423A output ~ 180mV DC.  The 423A Negative output ~ 50mV.
    I feel fairly confident the 423A is working.  Not sure about the 423A negative, so I am including that one for free.
    Good condition, but sold AS-IS not returnable due to the age of these.
