Molding Instructions:
To shape the Mouth Guard, please follow the steps
Insert blue handle into the airflow hole
Place mouth guard in 70- 90 boiling hot water for 12 to 15 seconds
Cool it for 1 to 3 seconds, and then put into the mouth (Make sure it's the right side up)
Move your lower jaw forward and bite down hard, and press it against your teeth until you get a tight-fitting guard that will stay firmly in place
Remove the anti-grinding dental guard after 15 to 25 seconds. Put it in cold water for 20 seconds to shape

Store in a cool, dry place
Keep out of reach of children
Not for use by children under the age of 12
Do not use over orthodontic braces
If grinding persists after 3 months of use, consult your dentist
