The Hipotronics HM3A is a highly accurate megohmmeter designed to perform insulation
resistance tests on all types of electric components, systems and apparatus.
They are designed for general purpose laboratory use and feature test voltages to 1 kV
and readings to 20,000,000 megohms.
Applications include insulation resistance and dielectric absorption testing of apparatus
and insulation samples to IEEE, ANSI, ASTM, UL, MIL and other recognized standards.
Power cord included.
