    The device was manufactured by the American company Hewlett Packard.
    The device is designed to measure frequencies in the range of 10Hz-20GHz with a resolution of 1Hz.
    The frequency counter displays 11 digits.
    At the same time, the device is designed to measure power from -70dBm to + 20dBm and works with all HP 84 series power sensors and other compatible sensors.
    The device has a built-in power standard of 1 mW.
    The instrument is equipped with a microwave input for high frequency measurements and a low frequency input from 10Hz to 25MHz.
