Add a unique door stopping access control system to your home with the HAVEN Connect Lock, Bluetooth. This first-of-its-kind access control device reinforces your door from its base with wedge technology 10X stronger than standard deadbolts. When activated, the HAVEN Lock adds a layer of protection against break-ins. The HAVEN Lock's larger surface area in contact with the door provides exponentially greater strength to prevent break ins compared to deadbolts and deadlatches.
The HAVEN Connect Lock installs at the base of your door and is activated by stepping on its foot pedal to raise the ledge. To disengage the lock, step down onto the raised wedge. The HAVEN Connect can also be controlled through the HAVEN app for iOS and Android.
The HAVEN Mobile App's user-friendly interface makes it easy for families to command and configure their HAVEN Locks. Lock or unlock HAVEN Connects within Bluetooth range or adjust settings or check usage reports anywhere with Internet connection.
Share and Schedule Guest Keys
Program and share e-Keys with friends and family anywhere at any time. Give your guests unrestricted access to your home for 24 hours or schedule set dates and times for certain visitors to be allowed in. Guest eKeys can be resent to anyone as needed and are automatically deleted after a 24-hours period.
Monitor Activity History & Receive Live Notifications
The app's lock history displays all activity, including sending and accepting eKeys and any locking and unlocking of your smart lock. You can also set up notifications to keep you posted in real-time of anyone coming or going from your home.
The HAVEN Hub can also receive attack detection notifications no matter where you are, and make your HAVEN lock compatible with Amazon Alexa.
Installation Details
HAVEN Locks can be installed on concrete, tile, vinyl, and hardwood floors using either screws or VHB Tape (sold separately), or a combination of both. The HAVEN Connect installs at the base of your door in three easy steps with common tools.
Measure
The HAVEN Lock requires at least 0.8" between the floor and bottom of the door to be installed properly. If your door can pass over a nickel standing vertically, a HAVEN Lock can be installed.
When the HAVEN Lock is activated, it must cover at least 1/4 of an inch of the bottom of the door to be properly secured. A 1/8 inch HAVEN Riser is included, additional Risers are sold separately.
Mark
The HAVEN Lock must be installed in the center of the door for maximum protection. Once the HAVEN Lock is centered, place the mounting template at the install location and mark the pilot holes for drilling in the installation screws. If drilling all six screws is not a viable option, a VHB Tape Install Kit is required (sold separately).
Secure
Drill 2 inch holes into the floor for the installation screws. Line up the HAVEN Lock with the pilots holes and secure the Lock with the screws.
