    Description

    This was never put in service. The 4391M is the same as 4391A (M was "militarized version").
    Battery is good and holds a charge properly.
    We tested it on our RF calibration lab bench and it works perfectly and meets Bird specs.
    This looks perfect and you can use it yourself or sell it to your customer.
    The new price for 4391A is currently 46 (without the case!). The case lists for 7 new.
    In this listing, the 4391M comes with genuine Bird hard suitcase style carry case.
